Alex and Sarah are proud to announce our partnership with Chef Brice Libby of Skowhegan. Chef Brice studied at Johnson & Wales University, a global leader in Culinary Education. He graduated in 2002 with a Culinary Arts degree. Since then Chef Brice has worked in several Maine restaurants where he has mastered his craft. At Brick House

Chef Brice makes all of our sauces and aioli's from scratch, roasts and slices all meats in house, bakes bread and rolls daily, and serves freshly prepared soups each morning.
